After placing your order, allow up to 1 week for them to be handmade. After they are ready, they will be shipped by EVRI which usually takes 1-4 days to be delivered (depending on your area).

We urge customers to place their order within a suitable time frame, to ensure they receive it by their desired date.

Returns are to be shipped and paid for by the customer. This must include tracking to ensure they are received.

You can only return a strip lash order given they are UNWORN and intact. Refunds will be approved and processed, once we have received and inspected your return.

If you send your strip lashes, and they fail inspection, they will be shipped back to your original delivery address and you will not be refunded.
